About the Retreat

After three absolutely magical years of bringing CwC events to life, we're following Mother Nature's wise example.

Like a bear storing up energy for spring adventures, we're entering a hibernation period to nurture our own creative seeds. These past years have been filled with breakthrough moments, artistic discoveries, and beautiful connections that still make our hearts dance with joy.

Remember that writer who finished their novel? Or the musician who completed their album after our weekend together? Your transformations have been the greatest gift!

While we hibernate, we’ll still be hosting check-ins and virtual events to keep the creative energy flowing. Want to stay in the loop? Email us ConnectingWithCreativity123@gmail.com

And why not revisit your own creative spark? The Connecting with Creativity retreat has changed lives through meditation, movement, and magical community connections in our gender-expansive safe space just outside Nashville.

If you have questions about this event please contact ConnectingWithCreativity123@gmail.com.

“I am so grateful for the Connecting with Creativity retreat for helping me step outside my comfort zone in so many ways, while also embracing more of myself. I hadn’t played cajon in public in years, and although it was only one song and with a few beautiful souls, it felt good. It was healing. That weekend is forever a gift to my heart and soul.”

“I cried so many cleansing tears and burst out in big belly laughs more times than I can count. I felt so incredibly seen and special and I can only hope that I made others this weekend feel even a fraction of that love.”

“I went to Nashville with no expectations, but a hope that I’d begin my journey without my inner blocks & self doubt getting in the way. I wasn’t gonna demolish stage fright but felt obligated to at least try to confront it. Whether that meant journaling my thoughts or ACTUALLY singing. When I tell you, I didn’t believe in myself. I thought I couldn’t. I thought I wouldn’t. But I freakin did it. I sang in front of people for the first time. I truly believe it happened because of the people around me believing in me & being a safe space.”
