“I am so grateful for the Connecting with Creativity retreat for helping me step outside my comfort zone in so many ways, while also embracing more of myself. I hadn’t played cajon in public in years, and although it was only one song and with a few beautiful souls, it felt good. It was healing. That weekend is forever a gift to my heart and soul.”

— CHELSEA
Location
Our event is taking place just outside of Nashville, TN (Antioch) at the Nelson Andrews Leadership Center located on the Joe C. Davis Outdoor Center Campus.
“I went to Nashville with no expectations, but a hope that I’d begin my journey without my inner blocks & self doubt getting in the way. I wasn’t gonna demolish stage fright but felt obligated to at least try to confront it. Whether that meant journaling my thoughts or ACTUALLY singing. When I tell you, I didn’t believe in myself. I thought I couldn’t. I thought I wouldn’t. But I freakin did it. I sang in front of people for the first time. I truly believe it happened because of the people around me believing in me & being a safe space.”
